Chief Financial Officer
Tyler Hedges has been in the financial services field since February of 2001. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in June of 1998, he took a full-time position with Philip Morris, U.S.A. as a territory sales manager. Tyler gained valuable experience while working for Philip Morris, U.S.A., receiving insight into the operations of businesses ranging in size from small convenience stores to large national chains. Soon thereafter, Tyler began his career in finance. He began working on his Masters of Business Administration at Auburn University Montgomery, and accepted a position as a credit analyst with Regions Bank. In May of 2002, Tyler received his M.B.A. with an option in Finance.
Tyler enjoyed a successful career at Regions Bank, working in the credit and commercial loan departments. While employed at Regions, he had the opportunity to handle many large and complex credit relationships under the tutelage of one of the institution’s most knowledgeable and successful senior lenders. Tyler was also appointed to work on several critical tasks reporting directly to the bank’s senior management team. Upon completion of these responsibilities, he was promoted to a new position that allowed him the opportunity to develop and manage a loan portfolio of middle-market businesses.
It is in this role that Tyler became familiar with Steve Goldsby and Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. He had the opportunity to watch ICS grow from a relatively small, unknown operation into the industry leader that it is today. Tyler worked closely with the ICS team, and when Steve approached him about the need for a financial manager, he was excited about the opportunity to be a part of ICS’s continued growth and success. Tyler joined the ICS management team in January 2004.
